Hiring.
1,000 positions,
then never again.
Feed your Ponstro, or someone else eats its lunch.
You are not buying a picture, you are putting a monster on the payroll. It goes to work, earns $PONS out of the swap fees on $PONSTRO, and hands it to whoever holds the token. Hiring costs $10 in ETH — one signature, no approval — and that ETH is not a treasury: the only function that can move it sends every wei to the burner, where it buys $PONSTRO and destroys it. Anybody can call that function. Nobody can call one that does anything else with it.

That zero is a real zero, not an unread value. There is no withdraw() on the contract and no owner destination anywhere in it. The ETH sits as mintProceedsWei until anybody calls sweepMintProceeds(), which sends all of it to the burner to buy $PONSTRO and burn it. One way, no partial amount, no chosen recipient.

BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS
The per-wallet cap is a fairness signal, not a security control. Anyone can hire again from a second wallet and the contract has no way to tell. We are not going to pretend it does. It exists so one funded wallet cannot take the whole floor in a single transaction — that is all it buys, and it is still worth having.
One signature. The mint is paid in ETH, so there is no token approval to grant and nothing here asks for permission to move a balance you hold. The price is pegged to $10 and re-read from the contract at the moment you sign, not taken from this page.
No hiring contract is wired to this build, so nothing here signs or sends anything. The button moves numbers on this page and nowhere else.
WHERE THE MINT ETH GOES
What you pay to hire is not a treasury. It lands in the NFT contract as mintProceedsWei and there is exactly one function that can move it: sweepMintProceeds(), which sends the whole balance to the burner to buy $PONSTRO and burn it. No owner destination, no partial amount, no chosen recipient — and anyone at all can call it.
There is also no way for anyone to change their mind about that later: PonstroNFT ships without a withdraw() function. Not behind a timelock, not behind a bound — the function does not exist.
0x0000…dEaD- $PONSTRO AT THE BURN ADDRESS
- —A real read of
balanceOf. Every source at once: swept mint ETH, feeding, and the buyback leg of each harvest. The contract keeps no per-source ledger, so none of it is attributed to the mint here. - MINT ETH WAITING TO BE SWEPT
- —Nothing is sitting in the contract. Either nothing has been minted since the last sweep, or somebody already ran it.
WHAT YOU ARE HIRING
- INTERN· 0.01x
Day one. It has never been fed, so it has not started climbing and earns a hundredth of what one day's streak is worth. This is where every monster starts, including yours.
- ON THE CLOCK· 1.00x – 10.00x
Feed it — which burns more $PONSTRO — and its streak goes up one. Feed it again inside the next — and it goes up again, to a maximum of 10: ten days running is worth ten times one. Rewards accrue to the token, not to your wallet, so they survive a sale.
- QUIET QUITTING· 0.10x
Stop feeding and it drops a whole level for every —past the first one it misses — one step, not a slide. Fall all the way off and it sits at a tenth of a single day's worth. Nothing is destroyed: the share it stops taking goes to the monsters that kept their streaks. That is the whole game, and it is why the tagline is a threat.

The headcount could not be read, so there is no way to say which ids are next. This is a sample from across the collection instead of a guess.
Every one of them starts grey. A new hire has never been fed, so it is an INTERN earning 0.01x until you feed it — then it goes green on rung 1, and climbs one rung per day you keep it fed.
Hiring costs — — one signature, no token approval — and every wei of it can only ever reach the burner, where it buys $PONSTRO and destroys it. There is no treasury, no team allocation from this window, and no withdraw() in the contract. What the monster earns after that is $PONS, and how much of it is entirely down to whether you feed it.
